Solid drum and Perforated drum
We creatively designed the machine structure compatible with two roasting types: half-hot air roasting, and full direct-fire roasting by quickly replacing the solid drum and perforated drum.

Drum still adopts the latest far infrared shaft-less design, the raw material is carbon alloyed steel and it is coated by far infrared ceramic coating. which can keep the each bean inside the drum gets uniform heats during roasting, also it keeps clean drum inside and lower the machine noise.
High performance direct-fire row burner
New WS-500 adopts improved high performance direct-fire row burner to fix the flaws of controllability and stability by previous normal burner. Fire flame is powerful to provide the even heats to drum. Temperature rise can be reached 16℃/minute, the first crack can be finished within 8 minutes.
Shaft-less drum is the best design for small capacity roasters, without shaft’s interference, coffee beans motion circle inside the drum reach perfect condition, that greatly improvs roasting evenness and flavor!
WS-300 equipped with powerful cooling motor works with cooling mixing arms, it takes 2 minutes complete beans cooling down job , rapidly lock the flavor inside the beans.

Professional Chaff Filtering System
Dropped chaff inside the drum is drove out immediately by smoke exhaust system while roasting, no smoke remains. high efficiency chaff separation device, chaff filtering rate can be reached 95% or above.
