Manual and Electric Dampers

WK 2 kg coffee roaster is originally built with the electric damper for hot air volume adjustment, Now we upgraded it with both manual and electric dampers.
We phased out the long exhaust pipe connects to the roaster main unit and chaff collector for the low efficiency , use manual damper and shortest direct connection between roaster and chaff unit to ensure the high working efficiency. Manual damper controls the airflow is more precise and the electric damper can help to do fine tuning.

Non-Stop Working

Since the roasting, cooling and chaff collecting systems works separately and each of the system is in very heavy built, all the materials we used are well tested and we only use best processed parts for building our machines. That results inWK coffee roasters achieves 24 hours non-stop working, you can continue to roast your beans batch after batch, day after day, year after year.

304 Stainless Steel Drum

WK 2 kg coffee roaster provides single- layer and double-layer drums for options, whatever single-layer drum or double-layer drum, they are all made by enough thickness, durable brackets and special paddle mixers inside by TIG welding. You can use it many years to come without deformed. Stainless steel drum keeps your beans clean from green to roasted .

Easy to Clean and Maintain

WK 2 kg coffee roaster doesn’t need your complicated maintenance, just needs you lubricate the back bearing once a month if you use the roaster often. We improved it with the large maintenance access on back of the roaster for customer easy lubricate back bearing. And the rest is the cleaning job, like cooling tray bottom, debris tray under the drum,chaff collector bottom, you may need clean out the chaff everyday if you keep roasting too often.

Large Maintenance Access

Maintenance is always very important part of using the machine, as many of our customers requested, We improved our 2 kg coffee roaster with a larger maintenance access on back of the machine. Now you can easy to open the maintenance door and lubricate the back bearing.

Gas Burner can be converted

WK gas burner made in high quality and produces strong fire flame to fit different roasting requirements, fire flame can be adjusted to weak or strong by adjusting the gas gauge knob. It is can be converted from LPG ( NG) to NG (LPG) by replacing nozzles. wherever you want to use LPG or move to a place for NG, BK gas roasters follow up you in roasting anywhere.

Debris Tray

Debris tray is under the drum which is made of full stainless steel without painting, chaff drops into it during the roasting process, it is the drawer type tray with metal handle, easy for cleaning anytime.

Metal Gas gauge knob with “Open- off” indication

We never give up every detail that we can improve, in previous models we used the plastic knob without any “open-off” indication, customers confused about that when they first time open or off the gas pressue. now they all like this tiny improvement.

Roast your beans

You can do a sample roast on this 2 kg coffee roaster, since it minimum can roast 300 g to maximum 2.5 kg. Front bearing is full stainless steel type which avoid any possible crack, large volume sampler spoon and roasting room glass window help you check your roasting level by every second. Drum Speed Control and Data Logger

WK Roasters built drum speed control and data logger as the standard feature. We use the Japan brand variation speed motor for drum speed adjustment which is more durable, the adjust range is 0-100 RPM, it helps you develop more of your roasting skills.

The USB port is next to the drum speed control switch on back of the machine, the computer USB works with Artisan software for data logger function. You can also choose for using Bluetooth adapter (factory will attach one to machine) connects machine and computer for reading and recording your roasting profiles

Cooling Tray and Cleaning Access

Cooling tray works separately from the main unit, you can do roast and cooling job at the same time. Cooling tray powerful motor works with mixers for cooling down the roasted beans rapidly.

The cleaning access is on bottom of the cooling tray with a latch door, if you roast often, Please clean it once a week by a brush.
