WS-200 Special Design
Based on WS-300, our design idea for WS-200 is sample,reliable, easy to operate and play for fun. We retain the core roasting system, removed the manual damper and timer, built gas valve and gas meter outside the machine, equipped with new straight-fire row burner to fix the fire flame control issue.
The whole machine is very compact and portable, the dimension is similar as a 14 inch laptop. Machine length is : 54cm, width is :37cm, Height is : 60cm.
Solid drum and Perforated drum
We creatively designed the machine structure compatible with two roasting types: half-hot air roasting, and full direct-fire roasting by quickly replacing the solid drum and perforated drum.
Solid drum for half-hot air roasting, and perforated drum for full direct-fire roasting.
Drum still adopts the latest far infrared shaft-less design, the raw material is cast iron and it is coated by far infrared ceramic coating. which can keep the each bean inside the drum gets uniform heats during roasting, also it keeps clean drum inside and lower the machine noise.
High performance direct-fire row burner
WS-200 adopts improved high performance direct-fire row burner to fix the flaws of controllability and stability by previous normal burner. Fire flame is powerful to provide the even heats to drum. Temperature rise can be reached 16℃/minute, the first crack can be finished within 8 minutes.
Shaft-less Drum
Shaft-less drum is the best design for small capacity roasters, without shaft’s interference, coffee beans motion circle inside the drum reach perfect condition, that greatly improvs roasting evenness and flavor!
Fast Cooling
WS-200 equipped with powerful cooling motor, it takes 2 minutes complete beans cooling down job , rapidly lock the flavor inside the beans.
Dual– Channel Temperature Curve Output
WS-200 has professional roasting profiles tracking function, track hot air temperature and coffee beans temperatures simultaneously.
USB computer works with Artisan software and Mobile Phone Bluetooth wireless technology connects to roaster by “gangs of roasters” and “Roastmaster” two Apps achieve data logging.
Professional Chaff Filtering System
Dropped chaff inside the drum is drove out immediately by smoke exhaust system while roasting, no smoke remains. high efficiency chaff separation device, chaff filtering rate can be reached 95% or above.
Maintenance-Free
WS-200 Inherited and upgraded the maintenance-free design of WS-500, During use, only need to cleaning chaffs, no need any professional or complicated maintenance.
Hot air pressure monitoring technology
Santoker patented hot air pressure detection technology, after installed the hot air pressure gauge, WS-200 still can achieve real-time display of exhaust condition. Hot air temperature control become more easier, even there is any change of external environment, everything is under control.
Far Infrared Coating Layer Drum
Far infrared coating is the protection layer for coffee beans, even the drum is heated by strong fire flame, the ceramic layer can insulate the harmful high temperature, reduce the burnt and bitter taste.
